1. You are invited to inspect all lots prior to Auction. All lots will be on display at
time of sale.
2. Lots passed in may be sold by Private Treaty. Any such sales after Auction must be
paid to Lismore Poultry Club Inc. and a docket must be obtained prior to the release of lots.
3. Lots will be offered in numerical order of the catalogue. All transactions must be
strictly cash unless the Lismore Poultry Club Inc. approves cheques.
4. LOTS WILL ONLY BE RELEASED AFTER THE AUCTION Birds will be unpenned by authorised stewards
only.
5. The usual system of bidders cards and numbers will be used. Please ensure that you
have your number prior to the commencement of the sale.
6. Lismore Poultry Club Inc. accepts no responsibility for incorrect description of any
lot and is conducting this Auction under the Constitution of By-Laws of the Lismore Poultry Club Inc. and the usual terms
of a public auction.
7. Lismore Poultry Club Inc. accepts no responsibility for any claims made by vendors.
8. Whilst all care will be taken no responsibility will be accepted by the Lismore Poultry
Club Inc. in any matter relating to loss or injury of any bird. Lots remain the liability of the vendor until fall of the
hammer upon which the purchaser assumes responsibility.
9. The Lismore Poultry Club Inc reserves the right to alter, delete or make additions
to these rules as circumstances dictate.
